Oscillate Wildly has one of my favourite names for a restaurant ever. It also has lovely light in the early evening and charming staff who are happy to hold up serviettes as makeshift reflectors, and who ensure that you get a glass of Italian moscato that exactly matches your perfectly made, perk-of-the-job dessert.
