These Things That I LoveAnother week, and another bar opens in Sydney. This is Tios Cerveceria. It’s hidden on Foster St, in that sightly dingy stretch of Surry Hills down towards Chinatown that I not-so-secretly prefer to the glossiness of Crown St.
Come for chilli-powder spiked popcorn, mexican beer with salted rims, and verdita shots - the new pickleback in our books. Though, fair warning, you will suffer the next day.
